Annual Parish Meeting

The Annual Parish Meeting (APM) is a meeting, organised by the QPC Clerk, for the people of the parish to come and discuss any matter pertinent to the parish and to hear a review of activities by both Quenington Parish Council and other local groups.

QPC normally invites local community groups to attend the APM and provide a brief overview of their activities.  QPC also encourages members of the parish to come and discuss any matters of interest to the parish.

The APM is chaired by the Chairman of the Parish Council and minutes are recorded by the parish clerk, but otherwise the APM is a meeting for parishioners and is not a formal Council meeting.
