Quenington Parish Council offer their condolences to Ray Theodoulou’s family following his sad passing on Thursday 9th March 2023.
Ray was both County and Ward councillor for our Coln Valley area as well as a long time resident of Quenington. His presence and advice at Parish Council meetings will be sorely missed.
