Meeting Dates
Regular QPC meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month in Quenington Village Hall starting at 7.30pm, unless otherwise advertised. Where necessary, additional meetings will be announced below and in the noticeboard.
Parish Council Meetings (2025)
Agenda's, Minutes and Backing papers for the 2025 Parish Council Meetings are available in the drop-downs below. All meetings start at 7.30pm and are held in Quenington Village Hall.
There may be additional Parish Council Meetings during the year if deemed necessary - these will be advertised accordingly.

Annual Meeting of Quenington Parish Council (AMPC)
The AMPC is an official QPC meeting where the officers are elected for the coming year and the councils policy documents are reviewed and updated as necessary.
The 2025 AMPC will be held on 8th May 2025
Annual Parish Meeting (APM)
The APM is a meeting, organised by the QPC Clerk, for the people of the parish to come and discuss any matter pertinent to the parish.
QPC normally invites local community groups to attend the APM and provide a brief overview of their activities. QPC also encourages members of the parish to come and discuss any matters of interest to the parish.
The 2025 APM will be held on 15th May 2025
