With confirmed cases of Avian Flue in Fairford, it is important to be vigilant and know what to do to protect domestic and wild birds.
If you have your own birds, please try to keep them inside or at least in an enclosed area/aviary. Disinfect any footwear that may come into contact with bird faeces or, ideally, keep your own boots/shoes for your own use with your birds separately from other footwear to avoid cross contamination.
